Article 2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every order placed at Atelier de Corium via the website and any agreement that follows between this seller and the customer. Atelier de Corium reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions of sale at any time through the publishing a new version.

Article 3. Offers

3.1 The products are exclusively intended for normal private use. 3.2 The offer contains a description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed
to enable a good assessment of the offer by the customer. If Atelier de Corium uses images, these are a true representation of the products and / or services offered. Atelier de Corium is only bound to one regarding the correctness, up-to-date or completeness of the information provided means obligation and is in no way liable in the event of material errors, typesetting errors or printing errors in the description of the products offered. 3.3 Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the customer what rights and obligations are attached to it acceptance of the offer. As long as Atelier de Corium has not confirmed the receipt of this acceptance, the customer can terminate the agreement. 4.3 If the agreement is concluded electronically, Atelier de Corium will find appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure one web environment. If the customer can pay electronically, Atelier de Corium will take appropriate security measures consider. 4.4 Atelier de Corium can inform itself within the legal limits whether the customer is on payment obligations, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for a responsible person entering into the distance contract. If Atelier de Corium has good grounds on the basis of this research, in order not to enter into the agreement, Atelier de Corium is entitled to refuse an order or to the to implement special conditions. 4.5 Atelier de Corium will provide the following information in writing or at the latest upon delivery of the product to the customer in such a way that it can be stored in a sustainable manner by the customer in an accessible manner data carrier, send: the main characteristics of the product (s); the total price of the product (s), all taxes and additional costs included; the method of payment; the conditions, the period and the modalities for the exercise by the customer-consumer of the right of withdrawal.

Article 5. Online Purchases

The ordering procedure via the website of Atelier de Corium is as follows: • Select the desired product and add it to“My Cart” • press the button “Checkout”, after which delivery choice and address details will be requested • press the button “Continue to Payment”, after which selection of the desired payment method will be asked for the order to confirm • press the button “Pay Now” to process the payment via a secure connection • After ordering, Atelier de Corium sends an order confirmation by e-mail • Customer can choose between the following payment methods: • via credit card • via Paypal • via Apple Pay Article 6. Delivery and Shipping Conditions 6.1 Products are only delivered in the countries for which the website allows Atelier de Corium delivery. If not mentioning your country, you can contact Atelier de Corium via info@atelierdecorium.com for a request shipping to your country. If accepted, shipping costs to the country of your choice will be charged to you will also be communicated and will be included in the total amount to be paid. 6.2 Atelier de Corium strives to deliver the products within the period indicated at the time of order (this period can be updated in the order confirmation). Delivery times will be respected to the extent possible. Exceeding any delivery period does not entitle the customer to any compensation. Atelier de Corium is not responsible for delays from its suppliers or transport companies. When there would be an abnormal delay in the delivery term due to any unforeseen circumstances Atelier de Corium will immediately inform the customer thereof, including information about the updated delivery time. 6.3 Atelier de Corium is not liable for damage caused by incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the customer. Incorrect delivery addresses are the responsibility of the customer and may give rise to additional costs to be borne by the customer. 6.4 If the customer requests a delivery method that differs from the method used by Atelier de Corium, then any additional costs will be charged to the customer. 6.5 The risks of loss and damage to the products are transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. However, if the customer does not fulfill its contractual obligations, the risk of loss and damage to the products passes to the customer when the delivery should have taken place without breach of any obligations on the part of the customer. 6.6 Customers may cancel free of charge if, for any reason, goods cannot be delivered within 30 days after conclusion of the agreement and this in accordance with art. VI.43 of the Code of Economic Law. Article 7. Provisions regarding the receipt 7.1 The customer is obliged to check the number and condition of the products upon delivery. 7.2 In case of damage or if the delivery does not correspond to the order, the customer must inform Atelier de Corium immediately about this by e-mail upon received of the product (s). In such case, Atelier de Corium will supply new identical products, replace it or refund the invoice amount to the customer. If damage or non-conformity of the delivery is not reported within 48 hours of receipt, Atelier de Corium reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund. 7.3 If, after Atelier de Corium, the customer has sent a confirmation of the shipment of the product to the customer, has not received the product within a period of seven days (for Belgium) or ten days (for others countries for which the website allows the order), it must inform Atelier de Corium in writing so that we can find out what happened to the shipment. If the shipment is indeed lost, Atelier de Corium will send a new shipment to the customer at no additional cost. However, regarding the by customers returned returns that are lost are the responsibility of the customer, not of Atelier de Corium. Atelier de Corium therefore advises the customer that a return is always sufficiently stamped according to weight and with a send insured shipping with tracking number. Article 8. Price – Billing 8.1 All prices stated always include VAT. If transport, reservation or administrative costs this is stated separately. For registered and express shipments (only on request) additional costs will be charged. 8.2 For all orders, the current prices on the website are charged. The orders are invoiced according to the VAT rate that is valid on the day of the order. 8.3 Atelier de Corium reserves the right to change the prices stated on the website whenever there is price changes occur. Article 9. Retention of Title The delivered goods remain the property of Atelier de Corium until after full payment of the price, including all costs and charges, default interest and fees. In the event of non-payment, Atelier de Corium reserves the right to take back the goods, by operation of law and at the expense of the customer. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer from delivery.

Article 10. Return Shipments – Right of Withdrawal

10.1 The provisions of this article apply only to private customers who purchase products online in their capacity of consumer (natural person who acts for private purposes outside his commercial, business, craft or professional activity). 10.2 The customer has the right to revoke the agreement to purchase the ordered product within 14 days without mandatory reasons. This period expires 14 days after the day that:(a) you (or someone who does this for you) will acquire the purchased good;(b) you (or someone who does this on your behalf) receive the last purchased good or part of it (in case of multiple goods or parts within one order);(c) you (or someone doing this on your behalf) physically get the first good (in case of regular delivery of goods during a certain period). 10.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal you must unambiguously inform Atelier de Corium that you decide to revoke the agreement. You can do this by e-mail or via the contact form on the website after which you will be notified the instructions to return the shipment. 10.4 When the customer exercises his right of withdrawal, he/she must immediately and at the latest within 14 days after the day of receipt, return the purchased good to Atelier de Corium and this at your own expense. Post date serves as proof. The customer undertakes to supply the good in perfect condition, in original packaging and with the invoice or return delivery note to Atelier de Corium. We reserve the right for damage or incomplete returns right to charge the consumer compensation equal to the depreciation of the good which results from the handling of the goods that went beyond what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and determine the functioning of the good. 10.5 Atelier de Corium undertakes, within 14 days as soon as we have received it back, all of it refund the payments received to the consumer, with the exception of any additional return costs, depreciation in case of damage to the good, use of the good or breaking of the seal (see Article 10.4) The refund will be made with the same payment method with which you paid for your purchase. 10.6 This right of withdrawal does not apply to (see also article VI.53, book VI of the Code of Economic Law): • items that are not in stock but were nevertheless ordered by you and therefore also specially manufactured for you were; • service contracts after full performance of the service if performance has started with your express prior consent, and provided that you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal as soon as we complete the agreement performed; • the delivery of goods manufactured to your specifications, or which are clearly for a specific person to be destined.

Article 11. Payment of the goods

11.1 The invoices are sent with the products or sent to the billing address, if this differs from the delivery address. The invoices are payable at the registered office of Atelier de Corium on the due date or when ordering in case of sales via the website, net without discount, unless stated otherwise on the invoice. 11.2 Unless express permission, a complaint filed with Atelier de Corium does not give the customer it right to suspend, postpone or suspend an outstanding payment or part thereof benefit.

Article 12. Guarantee and Complaints Management

12.1 For questions, comments or complaints, the customer can contact Atelier de Corium at any time via the contact details stated on the website. Atelier de Corium will respond to the customer’s request as soon as reasonably may process and will contact the affected customer. Article 15. Applicable Law – Dispute Resolution

15.1 In case of dispute, Belgian law applies. 15.2 The parties hereby agree to settle any disputes first and foremost among themselves on an informal manner and with the greatest possible discretion in mind. If the aforementioned informal settlement is not resolved, the dispute will be submitted to ordinary courts. The Courts and courts of the judicial district, department Leuven, are exclusively authorised to know take any dispute arising out of or related to this agreement that does not become resolved in accordance with the aforementioned informal procedure. 15.3 The Consumer Ombudsman of the Federal Public Service for Economy is authorised to settle the dispute out of court to receive any request for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes.
